This policy explains how AuPair Rematch collects and uses data for matching, messaging, and safety operations.
We may collect account identifiers (UID, email), profile details you enter, matching actions, chat content, safety/abuse reports, and product feedback.
We process data to provide matching features, maintain platform safety, investigate abuse reports, improve product quality, and operate the service reliably. Some operational handling is performed via automated triage workflows before administrator review.
You must be at least 18 years old and accept Terms and Privacy Policy before sign-in. Consent metadata is recorded in your user account document.
We do not publicly reveal your identity by default. Data may be accessed by authorized administrators for moderation, support, and legal compliance.
We retain account and activity data while your account is active. Safety reports and feedback may be retained for moderation history. You may request account deletion, after which your profile is hidden and queued for processing.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Use in-app deletion request or contact the service administrator.
We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore rules, and hosting security headers to protect data, but no system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
For privacy requests about this community help project, please use the in-app feedback form (Profile → Send feedback to admin). Requests are reviewed by the project administrator.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
